Skirt runs true to size but has a decent amount stretch.  Kea didn't opt to size down because although the skirt has a lot of stretch she felt this cut of  skirt just looked best sizing as normal because she's so bottom heavy but she feels ladies smaller at the bottom could comfortably size down due to the amount of stretch

DO NOT EXCEED ANY OF MODELS MEASUREMENTS IN SIZE SMALL Kea decided to size down for a snugger fit in the bust area but ONLY got away with it because she naturally has a smaller waist and bust.  she tried on the medium as well because she wasn't able to pull the small up by stepping in and just wasn't happy with how the medium fit in the top area.  after trying the small again this time pulling in over her head she was more pleased with the overall fit DON'T SIZE DOWN IF YOU'RE BUST HEAVY OR HEAVY IN THE MIDSECTION SIZE AS NORMAL

Keas Fit Opinion 

I had to size up to the medium as although the fabric does have some stretch the cut and the re-make and gathering causes it run smaller in the waist area.  The top is suppose to be fitted and I felt it was in the waist hip area but I feel the medium was a little looser at the very top and I had to keep pulling up...  I feel if I sized down to the small the top would have been more fitted but the waist would have been even more snug.  if you're top heavy keep this in mind...I wouldn't suggest purchase this top if your mid-section is your problem area as mine isn't and it was still very snug on me in that area in the medium.
