REFUND POLICY
We have an extensive overview process to ensure all garments are in perfect condition prior to shipping. Because we have a strict return policy we ask that you please read ALL product descriptions in full, review all videos, compare your measurements (see blog post "keas Tea" for refrence), and select sizing accordingly. If you still have questions please reach out via email for sizing assistance. ALL SALES ARE FINIAL
IF OUR INVENTORY ALLOWS we will take situations in consideration if you need to go up or down a size in the item you purchased, upon being notified via email within 48 hours of delivery. In these situations the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for both the original garment sent and the replacement garment. --Keep in mind the more popular a item is the less inventory there will be to swap sizes, so you want to try to purchase the best size possible in the beginning.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be considered FINAL SALE. We do not offer store credit at this time.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup, dirt or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Exchanges will not be accepted with any sort of residue or strong scents.
