We just want to wear whatever we want without the stress of our stubborn breast. This kit provides 1 roll of tape and two nipple covers. This tape is fully elastic allowing lots of stretch and lift capabilities. be sure to wash skin and pat it dry to remove any oils and lotions for best results prior to using. when you remove the tape be sure to add lotion/or oils to prevent pulling the skin and causing irritation… don’t over think it… I promise you won’t look back unless your looking over your shoulders those backless photos this summer lol
